Hiya I'm in need in getting my friends list full up and running again, this is my 2nd attempt on ere and must do this for keeps now 
I'm currently in the process of losing 7 Stone according to the drs but we shall see when I feel great and fantastic when I get to a more realistic weight loss for me then I'll stick to what I am then (if that made sence lmao)
