getting re-started

Hi MFP team, I have had an account for a while but didn't use it except to message a good MFP friend. I have reached a point where it was time to start counting again, I gained 50 pounds since I was at my best weight using My Plate. I hope to become an active member of the community here and hope to make some friends. Over a few years, eating out a lot and other stuff, all my weight loss came back and more. I have to get back to healthy and happy. I started tracking 2 weeks ago and lost 5 pounds, you all know its not easy and I'm wondering if I can sustain it. What makes you maintain your motivation? I could use your energy to help keep on track. Thanks for reading my post! Ti-Paul
