No such thing as a "weight loss food".
Any food can help you lose weight as long as you don't eat too much of it.5 -
Anything that allows you to hit your calorie and macro goals3

Pick your veggie, your protein, and your carb. Mix and match.
Lunch can be soup, salad, or a wrap made with leftovers from the night before. Have an apple.
Eggs or oats with breakfast. Dress the eggs with onions and other veggies, and your oats with fruit, peanut butter, and milk.2 -
I can see you are planning meals! That's great and very helpful. Veggies are low in calories so eat those to satisfy your desire to graze on food. Eat about a half a chicken breast worth of meat a day, a piece of fruit and any calories left go to carbs, the more complex the better. The bigger the variety the better so you don't get bored. Be careful of how things are seasoned because seasonings and sauces can be high in calories but make sure you are satisfied with lots of flavors. Things like Mrs Dash are helpful because they come in a wide variety, have no salt and are inexpensive. Because sweets are my issue I allow some every day to avoid binging. Depriving yourself constantly leads to failure so set up a treat schedule that works for you.1

Make spaghetti squash your friend. You can eat it with so many things. It's very low in calories and fills you up! I'm also going to try making "noodles" out of yellow squash and zucchini and use that in stir fry. Good luck!2

I use a lot of zucchini. Use it for spaghetti, use it for filler in eggs, add a serving of ground beef, mushrooms and onions and sautee. I can eat it every day. Dr. Michael Greger of nutritionfacts.org has some good youtube videos about various nuts aiding in weight loss. He's hardcore science and reviews real studies and everything.1
