I am half joking here ..but not.. when you have a horrible day and decide to use your dinner calories as wine but don't want to log wine as dinner in your food diary what can you log? Why isn't there some sort of vague "time out" , but here's the calorie count.. Or should I just not finish my diary...

who cares if you log wine for dinner? if it's such a big deal, set your diary to private.

If you're not "shy" to discuss it, why are you "shy" about posting it in your food diary? Just be honest with yourself. If you want wine or cake or pizza, it's just better you post it and recognize a pattern if any. It can't hurt you to see it if it didn't hurt you to drink it, right?
