Are there any?
I can't afford going to the gym or any other fancy machines like a squat rack. And squatting without any weights does not seem to be working for me :grumble:

I'm not searching to lose weight, in fact I'm trying to gain a bit and if possible, mainly muscle (I want my booty back  ) , so any tips concerning pull up exercices and bodyweight exercices are also gladly welcome :flowerforyou:

Bodyweight exercises can do a lot for the legs. Look for jump squats, scissor jumps, glute bridges, walking lunges, and if you're more advanced, split squats and then pistols.

I've been trying to nail pistols and have managed one so far. Eh, at least I'm not falling down anymore
Walking lunges have always been part of my exercice regime but don't seem to dish out results like they should. Ah, well, I guess that's my fault in any case...

Thank you for the list in any case :drinker:
