Hello everyone,
I am brand new to fitness pal despite opening an account a few years back. I just turned 40 and decided that it's time to get moving. This is my first of many posts to come hopefully. Love that you can see your proposed 5 week progress on here. That instantly motivated me into action. Tomorrow is my hump day. I usually start a new routine and literally quit on the 4th day, which would be tomorrow. I plan on powering through it.

I did the same thing. I tried MFP a few weeks in 2012, I think. But I only logged up until dinner because I was too lazy to figure out the dinner part. lol I started back up in Feb 2015 and gave it my 100%. Glad I did! I made great friends and lost the weight.
