Calories from Alcohol

Ok I will admit I shouldn't but I am down to consuming 25% of a can of red bull and the other 75% cognac. I usually refill 2-3 times with Connec 80% full. Approx how many calories should I factor in? I will admit the more I exercise the less desirable it is however for the time being I am trying to be as accurate as possible.

Are you measuring out how much cognac and how much red bull you use? That would be the easiest way to know how many calories to log.

Be sure to designate VS, VSOP, or XO for the cognac, as this will change the calorie content calculated. Probably best to cover one eye at this point to improve accuracy entering data.

Yeah, you have to measure it. I still reserve calories for wine & cocktails. Logging it makes you aware of just how many calories you are expending for drinks. I will say, when you get hungry enough and/or you workout enough, your intake of calories from beverages (alcoholic or otherwise) will decrease. But I do insist on reserving some calls because I really love wine and a true lifestyle change for me has to factor that in, even if it is limited.

Word. There must be room for wine!

Given my lower caloric intake I've turned into a super lightweight.
