Sounds like several of you are well on your way with your approach to health. That's wonderful!:) I do hold that our bodies are unique and bio individually designed, and when one is attentive to its systematic design we can help keep the body at a more balanced state of health. I don't know that there are any miracle products out there, however, there are healthy, and more natural options to aide the body. A holistic approach is simply being aware of our mental, emotional, spiritual state and how those affect the body and visa versa. All the systems do work together, and I believe that when we are aware and apply the knowledge, it simply helps our body heal itself...mostly, as we can't defy death;) If you want to positively walk this journey, come along!!:)
Otherwise, thanks for your input!!:)1 -
Excellent that you are thinking about the body and the mind in total and in its context. When we are anxious our digestive system goes into meltdown. Everything is connected. I'll join you. Feel free to friend.1
