What were some goals you met, seeing as you've had success twice. Also any reason as to why it was twice?

Hey there, I am starting all over again right now. It's summer time and I am out of school. I picked a weigh in day, which is every Thursday and I also decided that that will be my start over day. I re evaluate reasons why I want to lose weight but more importantly how I want my life to go. There is nothing wrong with starting over; I consider it to be fun. If you need a friend I am here

I say twice because I used MFP in 2010 to lose 30 lbs in 5 months and then again last year! My only goal first time was dropping weight. Last year, I competed in my first 5k, placed 1st in my division and 2nd overall female. Not sure why I can't post much from my phone so I sent a request where I can tell you more if you want to know.

You can do it again, just learn from past and move forward! I am trying to shed10 lbs and boy they won't budge.!! Been trying to lose them for yrs. Following a meal plan for my goal this month. Always looking for motivating friends who communicate.

I'm back again too after using MFP successfully 2 years ago. Just turned 50 and what worked then is no longer working now, so changing my strategy. Feel free to add me.

I totally understand where you are coming from. I lost 60 pounds in 2011/2012. Over the last 3 to 4 years I play the gaining and losing the same 10 or 20 lbs over and over again but this March I felt that "click" ...you know that feeling that you can do it again, that feeling that I got this!

So I am logging, weighing my food, working out and looking at the big picture but taking small steps to get there.
Feel free to add me always looking for support!

    Good Luck!

I started over again too! The last time I lost 50 pounds with MFP. I gained it all back! I hope to learn this time, that when I lose all my weight I will need to do maintenance and keep logging and checking into MFP. It is a life style change! I hope to get it right this time. I am tired of playing these games...I am getting to old! Add me too.

This is my 4th time (in almost 5 years) using my fitness pal..first time I lost 27kgs and got to the top end of my BMI - HEALTHY! Then gained. Then lost 17kgs then gained then lost 14kgs then gained 16!!! Now im down 5.7kgs and I cant keep going on like this. If I havent "learnt" anything yet is there still hope? Ive never gotten back down to that "magic healthy weight" I hit first time!
