Gym late at night

I am going to the gym around 11 pm most days and was wondering if that's too late to go to the gym and have protein after then go to sleep shorty after

    The best time to go to the gym is whatever time you can regularly make it and are awake enough to make it worth you time.

    As long as you're sleeping fine and it works with your schedule there's no issue with going at 11pm versus 11am.

    If you can sleep OK then it's OK. Personally I'm really relaxed and ready for sleep after late exercise.

    It's also not compulsory to drink/eat protein afterwards. Nutrient timing has a tiny effect.

    I believe anytime is a good time to go to the gym as long as you are able to go. When I worked the evening shift at the hospital I would get to the gym around 11:30pm and work out for an hour or more. Always had some form of protein after that. I fell asleep almost as soon as I went to bed because I was so exhausted by then. I would say try it for a little bit and see how it works out for you.
