Without the standard answer that everyone gives me....( I currently can not afford an HRM...)
So, with that prerequisite set, my question is....
I know after lifting and to a lesser degree after cardio, your body continues to burn calories besides the ones you burnt during the exercise...Is there a way to measure these?
Just curious if there may be info on this....

If there is a way, I don't know of it. But to be honest, once I am done exercising I stop tracking the calorie burn. If there is more after than I'd toss that into the error factor. Either error in the porions size, calorie count, or burn count. But that's just me. :happy:0
