Back from vacation

I'm back from vacation yesterday. I didn't track or exercise other than walking around sightseeing in Europe. I definitely indulged in local foods and sweets but I definitely don't feel any guilt over that! lol
I'm eager though to get back on track today! I've already logged my breakfast, so I'm happy to get back to that. I'm itching to get back to the gym but I've got an infected cyst on my back that hurts AND sits right under my bra band, so I'm not sure how it's gonna feel in a tight sports bra. And on top of that, the dr yesterday gave me a tetanus shot to bring me up to date and now my arm feels like it got punched by a pro boxer. OW. I'll go for a nice walk until my arm/back feels better.
I haven't lost a single pound since February which is BEYOND frustrating so I'm determined to try and figure it out in June. Of course everyone on MFP assumes I'm not logging correctly, which I don't think is so true as I've successfully lost weight with weighing and counting previously. And I have about 75 pounds to loose too so the weight shouldn't be so stubborn coming off.
Because I do weigh everything at home, I'm going to limit my eating out to only once a week this month to reign in any possible margin of error. I'm about to start job hunting and moving house to a new place 2 hrs away so I'm very nervous about that.
I'm posting in this forum just cause I'm looking for more support than necessarily the standard mfp response which can just sometimes be brutal when someone is feeling so frustrated.
