Friend of Bill

I'm two years in and inventorying my unmanageable food habits. For me, part of a manageable life includes healthy food choices and a regular work out regimen. I keep a food diary as a part of my daily drill, which allows me to review my feelings associated with my food choices. I try to approach fitness one day at a time... However, I hope to be at my goal weight of 165 lbs and be able to do one pull-up by September. I can't do this alone so, I hope we can be friends!
