Weight loss stall

Stuck at 180. No matter what I do. Happens all the time. I've changed up my workout routine and cardio. Diet is changed. Anyone else have this issue?

    When I cut, I tend to stall out after about 12-15 lbs. Maybe try going to maintenance for 2-4 weeks, then going back on deficit.

    How long have you been stuck at 180? How long did you wait before changing things--workout, diet, etc.?
