Momma of littles

Hey everyone! Mamma of 2 beautiful boys 22 months and 3 months. Looking to get back into shape, feel good both physically and mentally. I use to be in great shape but with 2 pregnancies pretty much back to back and nonstop breastfeeding for the last almost 2 years, my body is feeling weak and mushy and just straight worn down. Not looking to do any crash dieting but getting back to being strong and healthy and energetic. I'm also working on my masters so I have zero time for the gym. Just looking to make some changes in how I eat, what I eat, and trying to increase my activity level from home. Ultimately I want to lose about 25lbs as well.

    I hear ya! I only have 2, but I've either pregnant, breastfeeding or both for 6 years!!

    Let's be friends! I have a 4 year old, 2 year old and 1 month old. I'm also trying to get my body back because it's basically been on hold for 5 years. I'm breastfeeding so I'm trying to learn how that plays a part into all of this.
