Since I've started delving into fitness over the last 3+ months, I've done a lot of digging around for expert advice. This has been very frustrating since most "experts" are hacks just trying to sell you something. Dr. Chung on the other hand, is legit*. He's holding an Ask Me Anything session on reddit today.
