If your in the process of losing weight or have loosed weight recently, how often did you eat? 3 times a day? 5 times a day? I'm 382lbs on a 2800 calories intake diet is that a good number to be on I lift 5-4 times a week with 20 min walks. Each time I lift.

I have been eating 3 to 7 times per day. But that's not important. Did you plug your stats into MFP at startup? Was 2800 calories what it spat out? Have you tried eating that, weighing and logging everything?

It recommended like 3800 but is that way to much with me trying to lose weight? I burn at very least 4,000 calories a day according to my fit bit!

What does myfitnesspal tell you to eat? 3800? And what is your daily total burn on fitbit...you said at least 4000? Take the total daily burn from fitbit and take off 1000 and no more than that.

Also, it does not matter how often or when one eats.

Ok so your saying since I burn more than 4000 calories a day(according to my fitbit) I can just take off 1000 calories from that so my total calorie intake for the day should be 3000?
And yes my fitness pal recommended 3800 sumn for total calorie intake for the day!
Since I've limited myself to 2800 calorie intake does that mean I would lose more weight faster?

The lower your calorie intake is the quicker you will lose. 3,500 calories is about a pound so you can do the math to see about how many pounds you will lose per week according to how much calories you eat and burn a day.
