From a 14 to a 4... (video)

Here's my story. From lonely, over-eating stay-at-home-mama who just one day decided, "I'm not going to live like this anyone" and so I changed. This story spans 2yrs, although I lost all of the weight in a year. I think it's the realization that this is a lifelong journey so long as it's about health and not just weight loss. I'm SO thankful that MyFitnessPal.com really helped me get my eating on track. I've learned so much here too!

You guys are making ME cry!! I couldn't have done this journey with MFP, seriously! I weighed in weekly, tracked my cals and became a clean eating machine and have loved helping so many others here on this board. It's just SO cool to see it come full circle. I'm still here on MFP daily, especially right now since I just started a new program... I still log, weigh-in and chat! Happy to have any women/mommy friends. Sorry boys... I'm not here to date, as you can see... I have one HOT family!
