Tae Bo? Cardio or Flex?

Hey, I'm looking to switch up my work out...for awhile I've been riding my bike but I'm sort of getting bored with that....
I have two Tae Bo work out dvd's that I would like to start doing...but should I do the cardio or the flex one? And what is the difference?

ALSO
I have youtube on my t.v. so I can do work out videos on youtube... any recommendations? Maybe Zumba or something?
