Lactose protien powder ???

Im new to taking protien powders. Was wondering any suggestions for a protien powder for after workouts that are lactose free!.

Isagenix and Herbalife are both lactose free

All vegan protein powders are lactose free (as lactose is milk-derived). Some of them taste pretty nasty, but generally the soy isolates are the best taste and texture, and if you would rather not use soy, Naturliga makes a good vanilla flavored pea protein (not the chocolate, though. It's awful)

Costco has great vanilla protein powder gluten and lactose free / even-low carb low calorie & 20 Gm protein one scoop (30gm) protein & greens (1.5 vege servings in scoop) I'm picky this tastes good with almond milk or coconut milk

I like the complete protein powders they are soy based and come in chocolate and vanilla

You learn something new everyday. It seems that normal whey has some lactose but whey isolate does not.

Oh my god,is that what could be causing my atrocious wind ? (I'm using whey protein powder ) Never occurred to me -thanks for the tip!
