First day and feeling good!

After spending the last 3 years pregnant and/or breastfeeding, I'm ready to take my body back for myself! I use to be in great shape and super active, but the last few years have definitely gotten away from me. So starting today I'be begun the process to get back to me. I'll be 3 months postpartum on the 5th, and I am still breastfeeding so I have to do this right not to overdo it or harm my milk supply. I'm pretty proud of what I was able to accomplish today as far as staying active and eating healthy. At this point my biggest challenge will be to stay motivated and inspired! Add me and help me stay focused!
