Just want to say thank you to all the sensible advice on here that as helped me loose my first stone! I've been on here 6 weeks. I have food scales I weigh food, I can eat food I like or have a drink , food in verses calories out!!!
I don't have to eat breakfast ( I don't like too) I can eat after 6 pm , I got a Fitbit to and so getting healthy too it's manageable and a way to live not a diet!!! So thank you to all those people I have read tips from and will continue to do so !!! ;-) here's to my next stone!
