Ex rower!

Hi All,

Thought i'd give this forum a go as I use the app a bit. I used to row a lot during Uni and at a Club post graduation for a few years. I stopped a year ago and have limited motivation right now. I originally signed up to an Ironman 70.3 but i damaged my ankle and took about 2 months off running to let it settle and haven't really picked that back up so I cancelled my place. Hoping to find a way to motivate myself to get training again!

My problem is that i'm not at all motivated by aesthetics so without a fitness related challenge I allow myself to skip sessions too easily!
