New here and ready to shed some pounds.

Hey I'm Missy! 25, married and have 3 beautiful kids ages 6,3 and 15 weeks. My goal is to lose 40lbs with less calories, walking and hooping (hula hooping). I lost 20lbs before getting pregnant with my third by quitting soda and hooping daily but I'm having trouble losing weight now so hopefully eating 1550 calories a day will help. Good luck everyone!
