ATTENTION UNIVERSITY STUDENTS!

I'm a 21year old junior at college (3rd year student), and I've put on 15lbs since I started. How do you students (non-athletes) eat healthy and discipline yourselves on a budget? I'm pretty good at working out on a regular basis but that's no good when my eating habits (or lack thereof) throws me off. How do you stay motivated if you have a routine?
