I know for me it can be challenging coming up with ideas. So I figure we all could share ideas. So this can be a go to place when we can't think of anything. Let's be creative. tnhuzuz7ie32.jpeg

For me meal prep is the trick to losing weight and maintaining weight and makes life so much easier you almost don't have to think about it.

If you're looking for a recipe I'll give you something that's generic

I start off with onions can be any kind sweet yellow red. slice some up and throw them into a hot pan and carmelize them until they're brown

Then I add Peppers to the caramelized onions. once again. it's all your personal preference. I use a combination of green yellow red bell Thai jalapeno habanero Serrano. I like hot spicy foods.

After that you can add any kind of beans you like. Sometimes I throw with mushrooms sometimes I add ground chicken or ground turkey can even be ground beef it's your preference. I'll slow cook the whole concoction for maybe an hour let all the flavors blend.

I can eat it as a stand alone or with salad, an omelet, a taco or a wrap.

The beautiful thing about food prep is that you can tailor it to whatever your tastes and Pleasures are. There are plenty of YouTube videos and online recipes that you can modify to fit within your caloric goals. Use your imagination you have nothing to lose. One time I tried a maple syrup meatloaf. that one was a total failure.

Don't look at this as a diet. Look at it as a lifestyle change and you'll succeed.
