June 3rd, 2015 I walked into my dental surgeons office weighing 178 lbs.I had to have 9 teeth extracted 4 of which were impacted 2 of those 4 were my wisdom teeth. My wisdom teeth holes ended up getting a serious infection which delayed my getting back to the gym and back to my eating.

I started doing just cardio, and eventually worked myself up to doing 60-80 mins a day. But then I got back into lifting. And here I am now @ 144 lbs.

My journey will never be over as this was a lifestyle change for me. I am getting stronger than I ever thought I would be and I am feeling so much better.
