need to lose 30 lbs

I would love your help to reach my goal. I've been exercising for 2 months (5 days a week), and have never ate more healthy than I am now. I eat about 1/2 as much as I used to, don't eat before I go to bed, and have mostly conquered the emotional eating I was struggling with. However, I've gained instead of lost or stayed the same. Since April 4, I have only lost 2 lbs and am rather discouraged. I am over 50 so maybe that's why? Thoughts?
