Keeping it Moving

The biggest challenge I find as I'm nearing 60 next year is keeping my stiff joints moving after a good work out. I know the best thing for me is to embrace the pain and keep going, but I really want to ball up in bed with a cup of tea. And, following that, staying "fresh minded" about my fitness journey because repetition just does something to you.

    If you can find a sauna to use...it is great for your joints. Just a suggestion. Keep it up..you are doing great
