I use pacer, which counts steps, and calories. Did 6000 today and they were all removed when I restarted my phone. So I have no idea how many calories burnt.

are you trying to calculate for how many calories to eat back? its no big deal, just start over tomorrow. if you are hungry have a snack, if not then dont. One day of not calculating accurate calories isn't gonna make much difference.

When I go for a walk, I usually take roughly 120 steps per minute. If it were me, I wouldn't log that if it were my entire day's worth of activity - I figure walking to the bathroom or the fridge is accounted for in my activity level. If that was a single walk of purposeful exercise, though, I'd log it as 50 minutes of walking at a moderate pace.
