So I was at the gym the other day and this guy was telling me how he takes ZMA at night and it helps muscle recovery and noticed it also helps him sleep better. Any truth in that? Any of you guys taking it? I'm always wary of supplements so I want to know if it's worth adding to my routine. Thanks guys

When I've taken it, I did notice more heavy sleep, as well as some wicked dreams.
This is all anecdotal though, and I do not currently take it.

Dreams are more intense. Beard hair turned darker (idk if it was from it, but it happened).0

If you are taking it, make sure to take it on an empty stomach. The B6, zinc, and magnesium will compete for uptake with the other nutrients from foods. I had a full body rash from my first week of taking it but that subsided, I did sleep a little bit better, but I have restless sleeps no matter what. It's cheap and Id say worth a shot if you want to try it out.0
