Hello, I am going to be fasting for the month of Ramadan, I usually go boxing twice a week, I cant go during my fast because the class is 6pm and my fast ends 10 pm, I was going to go to a gym which is 24 hours and train, I was thinking of doing my regular weight training, I was also thinking of doing skipping and shaddow boxing as there is no bags in the gym.

maybe it would be a good time to switch your routine? Can you get up early in the morning and do some interval training or go for a short jog? Cross training was always important when I did MMA; lots of burpees and pushups, squats and shadow boxing. If you eat before dawn maybe you could workout then eat really quick before the sun comes up? Good luck, sounds like a challenge.

Look up intermittent fasting. I lift fasted all the time. If your daily calories are about the same keep doing what your doing and eat when you can. If your calories are restricted drop your total volume of work enough so that you can still recover properly.

The fast begin 3 am so it will not be possible. The only time to train is after the fast

I would lift fasted, I can't drink any water as well. So training would not be possible while fasting.

the fast is from 3am to 10pm? The only thing I could suggest is calisthenics, and walking. Things that don't make you extremely thirsty/sweat too much and then after you eat/drink from 10pm to 2am do something with weights that you like to do. Also I did google. Maybe the information on this post can help you: http://stronglifts.com/ramadan-weight-lifting-training-build-muscle-lose-fat/ Good luck! (In case you can't open that, it suggested training right before your fast ended).
