    Exactly! Not want to brag but one time I was spotting someone while bench pressing and he failed and I didn't even help him at all. He almost died. So hilarious! This incident motivated him so much that he doesn't even need me there while working out no more.

    I mean com'on- if this isn't progress I don't know what is.
