New ab workout variations?

Ab workouts to get toned abs? I already have a pretty toned tummy but I feel like I've hit a plateau with my current workouts- crunches with medicine ball, leg lifts. Russian twists, planks.

Want to try some new things, ideas?

    hanging knee raises, toe to bar, TRX ab work , deadlifts. how have you plateaued? i've never heard of an ab plateau

    Thanks! I guess I used the wrong term but I feel like my abs aren't getting any more toned, I don't see any packs coming in or anything. It just stays the same but I'm still working hard on them and changing up my routines each week

    visible abs are all about what you eat, you have to get a low bf% to get visible abs.

    Posted this a couple days ago, lots of ideas and tells which are effective. As has been pointed out, diet/BF% is the key to visible abs.

    Based on this experiment, here are the top three exercises in terms of mean and peak activity for each muscle part:

    Rectus Abdominis
    Mean: Chin Up, Hanging Leg Raise, Ab Wheel
    Peak:  Chin Up, Hanging Leg Raise, Swiss Ball Crunch

    Internal Oblique
    Mean: Ab Wheel from Feet, Ab Wheel from Knees, Bodysaw
    Peak:  Ab Wheel from Feet, Bodysaw, Tornado Ball Slam

    External Oblique
    Mean: Ab Wheel from Feet, Hanging Leg Raise, Bodysaw
    Peak:  Turkish Get Up, Hanging Leg Raise, Bodysaw

    Erector Spinae
    Mean: Kneeling Cable Lift, Landmine, Reverse Hyper
    Peak:  Kneeling Cable Lift, Tornado Ball Slam, Lumbar Extension
