Hi all, I've got about 5 stone to lose. I'm following a calorie counting diet and swimming every for an hour. I want to do it properly but also want quick results. Any tips on healthy filling snacks?

My nutritionist suggest that we snack match - pair protein with a fruit or veg to help with the break down and I have discovered it is quite filling. I eat cottage cheese with fruit, string cheese with fruit, protein shake with a salad. I also drink about 100+ ounces of water a day which helps me feel satisfied with my eating as well as full.
