Within the past 8 months I have had both shoulders operated on and gained 25 pounds. This doesnt count the amount of muscle mass i have lost. I went from weight training 5 days a week to not touching a weight since October. I just started doing cardio routines this week and started using this app to track my caloric intake. I am hoping this will keep me motivated to get back to my fighting weight. I get discouraged easily so i am trying to take it one day at a time. Any advice is welcome! Thank you all.
