Hello im new and ready to go

i usually start strong and taper off, but its been a month now and Im still in it to win it! It's been an uphill battle. Self motivation is the hardest..but results are empowering. Im trying something new, No bread, no soda. The soda is easy, the bread is difficult. I am not using a scale, i have no idea how much I weigh or how much I have lost. I see the difference in my face and clothes. Small changes but big motivation.
