SECOND TIME

Here I am on my second try. Two years ago I failed! well I did lose weight but I let myself go! I dont want to call this a diet, its more like I am tracking my calories and it has been working! I feel less bloated and more energized I dont over work out yet I am seeing results! i am thankful for having a great body in the fact that I may gain weight fast but I am able to lose it fast as well. I lost 5 pounds on my first four days! Very proud! I wish everyone else a great journey and if we get side tracked lets pick ourselfs back up!
