    I'm 25 and I'm 5' 1" ..my goal weight is the same 130 and my current weight is 156 pounds. My starting weight was 160 pounds. I lost 10 pounds,then gained 6 pounds but I'm pretty sure its muscle gain cuz my clothes feel looser on me and I look a lot better than I did before.

    Really I am more concerned about my inches. Goals: 34 bust, 24-26 waist (whichever ends up being more realistic), and 36-38 inch hips (I'd love to lower my BF% to 18-20 so 38 inch muscle booty would rule).

    25, started 7 days ago at 225 down to 222. Goal is to drop down to 210 then build up to 235 and just gain muscle. Been using the Rocks training routine and aiming to be that big over a 3 year period

    26 f 156, and aiming for 140. Swim party next month and I can't wait to see my progress. Drink water! Eat healthy & excersize everyday :)))) Started 21 day program yesterday. You can do it!

    25 years old 200lb 5ft 9in
    Was chubby as a kid and then cut to 150 and cut like stone. Lost my best friend to a car accident and then broke my ankle which requires surgery. Long story short I went through some bad times and put on some wait from drinking and eating and just let myself go. Now I'm happy and healthy on my way back to made from stone. If you want it you will achieve it. All it takes is blood sweat and discipline. Good luck everyone
