    Good Morning,
    I am a bit over 40 ...just turned 71 but we 'older' folks either are not here or are just very quiet. Either way,
    I am enjoying this site, lost 5 lbs so far...and on my way. I live in a retirement home...(not a nursing home)..
    and the food here is so good I have gained weight. I am feeling better already, even though it is just five

    I'm 43 and I love it! I'm happy, settled, and confident in who I am. Dare I say this is my best decade ever? It just might be. Now if I can just get my 5, 10, 12 & 15 yr old kids to grow up and move out then my husband and I can continue to act like teenagers but with the door open! LOL

    I've had to work harder to lose the weight now that I'm a little older but this is the healthiest and strongest I've ever been. I'm determined to be the best me ever.
