Either simply steamed with salt and pepper or roasted with garlic1

I love it steamed. It gets so sweet! Then I sprinkle some nutritional yeast on it. I also make curries with it, or roast it with onions and garlic sometimes.0

Roasted with olive oil, kosher salt and pepper! Roast hot and fast so it gets a bit chatted then squeeze lemon juice on top and just a little bit of Parm!4

Sprinkled with olive oil spray, parmesan cheese, garlic powder and roasted in the oven.1

I just heat it up in the microwave. It's like medicine to me, but I smile and eat it. Not so bad, not torture or anything. I'll definitely try putting olive oil, garlic, and parmesan on it and roasting it.2

The best way to cook broccoli is to either steam or microwave in a small amount of water, as boiling broccoli just destroys the vitamins in broccoli leaving all the goodness in the water.0

I don't make it, I just cut it up and eat it raw. It's possibly my favorite vegetable, I seem to eat it almost every day.4

I love broccoli, and my favourite way of cooking it, is to steam it. The muppets way (as in the way I do it haha) take a colander (metal!!), put it and other veg in. Fill a pan with water. Bring to oil then let it simmer. Tastes delicious and keeps a lot of the flavour and nutrients.1

That is what I do also. Awhile ago I had some dental work done and was upset because I wouldn't be able to eat my broccoli before it went bad. I completely forgot that you can cook it!1 -
I put a bag of chopped broccoli on a cookie sheet and put some olive oil on it and seasoning salt and mix it around to coat evenly and then broil it in the oven until it looks like I want it. I like a few burned pieces. You have to keep an eye on it and stir it from time to time.1
