It ain't ya beauty it's ya booty

Hey, all.

I have been on my fitness journey for about a year now and have lost 25lbs, became an avid runner, and really have come to enjoy being fit overall. My one BIG-HUGE problem is that no matter how much weight I seem to lose or how much toning I do, I am still built like sponge bob square pants! Can someone please give me some tips on building a booty. Any good dvds or just anything really!

    Look up the 30 day squat challenge online. I only made it to day 16 but I totally noticed a difference. I will revisit it after my training for my first 1/2 marathon is done in October. I found it made my legs feel heavy and I was tripping over my own feet which doesn't mix well with running.
