Time for some change.

Hi everyone!
I'm a 19 years old girl. English is not my first language. Sorry for any errors in my text.![ ](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
In november 2015 I decided that I could change my body and health. I started running 3 times a week. I only used MyFitnessPal twice in november and ate the same food in the same amount every day...
I was 68 kg (150 lbs) with a waistline of 82 cm (32 inch), at a height of 165 cm (65 inch). Now I'm around 59 kg (130 lbs) with a waistline of 70 cm (28 inch). I'm still not happy with my body, but I'm happy with my progress. It's getting harder now. I think I need to be more strict en consistent. So I try to register everything I eat and I'll try to weight it with a scale. Moreover, I try to eat differently, more healthy.
Furthermore, I plan to go to the gym. I want to do some strenght training, then a short interval cardio training and maybe follow some kickboxing lessons. I want to go to the gym once a week, but someone told me that it would be useless. If you only do strength training once, you'll lose your progress in a week.
I want to continue running at Monday and Friday. I want to do strenght training and interval training at Wednesday, maybe kickboxing lessons too. Should I do another (short) strenght training at Saturday?
My goals are to have a waistline of 66 cm (26 inch), a fatpercentage of 18% and to be strong! I've always had "chicken strenght". I finally want to become stronger and fitter.
