StrongLifts 5x5 Assistance Exercises

I was considering adding assistance exercises to my StrongLifts routine. I know the site states they are not needed and are of much lower priority. I was wondering if any of you have incorporated some of these into your routines, and if so, how did you structure it.
For example, do you perform 1 or 2 after each workout, or certain ones after workouts A & B, or is more random?
