I love to work out, I have been fit my whole life. I got re-married and turned 40, then had a new baby and I have packed on the pounds.... what's worse is I have a basic gym in my garage. I just get home from work and don't feel like working out.

Once I get going I normally do well. Life changes cause me HUGE problems because I am such a creature of habit. So if my routine gets changed I have a really hard time getting back on track.

I am desperate at this point and I need to get my weight down due to all of the back issues I have.

Would love some help/motivation/support/*swift kick in the *kitten**

Thanks !!

Tom

If you are a creature of habit, maybe you can use that to your advantage...start with a 10 min workout every day, and just force your way through it for a few weeks...once it has become habit then try extending the workout time in small increments until you meet your goal...anyone can push through 10 min, right, it's only 0.7% of a day...just don't allow yourself dinner or TV or whatever you like until you get your 10 min in!!! Once it's no longer a forced 10 min, you will know it's a habit and time to make it 15...you are already working out every day, what's 5 more minutes, right???
