Well - two weeks ago yesterday, while at the gym - I had chest pain. Long story short, I had a mild heart attack which resulted in 4 stents. Back at the gym yesterday and on my bicycle today. Weight loss surgery on April 28 with 60 pounds loss since beginning of the year and 30 since surgery.
Feeling good and stronger by the day!
I am taking my life back.

That's great. Stay the course. Look into inflammatory foods and how that contributes to heart disease.

If you have Netflix you should watch Forks Over Knives. (If u haven't seen it already) it has a lot of good information you might find useful.
