    Cooked minute oats cooked in coconut water with raisins, whey, yogurt and sunflower seeds.

    Rye toast with Cheez Whiz.

    Today's breakfast was:
    1/3 cup oatmeal dry cooked in water
    6 strawberries
    1/2 a banana
    1tbsp flax seeds
    20 semi sweet chocolate chips.
