Trying to figure out activity level with new job

Up until now, I had my activity level set as sedentary, because I'm a full-time student with an internship that involves sitting at a computer for 8 hours.

I recently picked up a second job at an Amazon Fulfillment center, and I'm trying to decide what the proper activity level is for me, because it's definitely not sedentary anymore. My shifts are only four hours long, but it's five days a week and it's highly physical work. I'm briskly walking through my entire shift, and I'm lifting boxes and putting them onto pallets non-stop (with the exception of a 15 minute break). The boxes aren't that heavy, because anything that exceeds 50 lbs requires a team lift, but the pace is constant.

So, what should I change my activity level to? Moderately active? I'm not sure. Like I said, I do this job for 4 hours, 5 days a week. Outside of this job I do a lot of sitting between school and my internship. I am also going to try to make it to the gym a few times a week, but I can just log that in as exercise.

I'd go up a single level and see how it goes (with both my scale weight and energy levels).

Honestly, I wouldn't change anything and see how it goes. I haven't adjusted my activity level since my first day here even though I could have. but if you're inclined to change it, follow my recommendation above.
