It's was pretty straight forward! Started eating an apple for breakfast, meat and salad for lunch and dinner, then whatever snack I wanted after dinner, while doing push-ups, pull ups, and ab excersizes at home first 4 months. Then went into the gym doing 2 strength excersizes per muscle group per week, and working on 1800 calory diet broken down into 40% protein, $40 healthy carbs, and 20% healthy fats for the last 6 months, and the inches dropped while muscle mass piled on. I use C4 as my preworkout, bodyfortress (and other whey isolate protien powders-chocolate, average 40g of protien per shake) at bedtime and for breakfast, fish oil pills for good fats, and L-glutamine pills for muscle recovery. Formula works great so far! Get some!
