Hey,
I am currently on insanity (but still a long way from finishing >.<) .
I'm thinking about what I should be doing next.
I have quite a busy schedule startin in August, so working out will be severely restricted to 2-3 times a week. I really want to get slim but still have a good shape.
I would be really greatful for any advise on what I should be looking into next.
Thank you
Also for any of the DVDs do u have to buy equipment and what equipment do u need to buy?
Thank you for your advise and support

Lift heavy weights to build muscle, programs like insanity are closer to crossfit, where it's a mix between cardio and weight lifting, but doesn't focus on either. Jack of all trades, master of none...0

I am doing P90X at home and read that you are doing Insanity. I wanted to recommend a new exercise that works great for both. I workout outside now with P90X on my Ipod. Google Pogamat.0
